Why Your Work Matters – and What You’re Making a Difference With

Are you organized, hands-on, and interested in IT and logistics? We are looking for an IT Logistics Specialist to support our warehouse operations and ensure the availability of spare parts and equipment for our service activities across the NECE region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, inventory control, shipping and receiving goods, coordinating transport, and supporting spare parts management. You play an important role in ensuring efficient logistics processes and smooth service delivery.

• Managing warehouse operations, storage, and inventory
• Shipping, packaging, and receiving spare parts and equipment
• Organizing transport together with Service Desk and technicians
• Monitoring stock levels and spare parts availability
• Supporting RMA and returns processes
• Preparing shipping documents and coordinating deliveries
• Supporting external warehouses and technicians
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

What Makes You the Ideal Employee

• MBO work and thinking level in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Accurate, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook, and inventory systems
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills (German is a plus)
• Driver’s license (Class B)
