The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving Evernex’s growth by acquiring new clients, expanding the customer portfolio, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This position requires a strong hunter mindset, strategic vision, and the ability to build lasting relationships in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

✨ How will you make an impact?

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and expand a high-potential customer portfolio
• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Promote Evernex solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

🎯 What makes you a great fit?

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales / business development experience
• Strong experience in the IT sector (maintenance, TPM, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions)
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Strong hunter mindset with a results-driven approach
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• High level of autonomy, organization, and adaptability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
