🌱 Why this role matters
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new accounts, implementing and managing the recommended go-to-market strategy for each account in Morocco and Africa in a second stage. He/She is also responsible for driving agreed forecasted and budgeted sales volumes.
✨ How will you make an impact?
You are responsible for, but not limited to:
- Develop and manage client portfolio
- Evaluating and prioritizing the business potential when bringing on-board new accounts
- Recommendation on the best go-to-market strategy and implementation to maximize the sales opportunities for Evernex
- Manage all aspects of the account forecasting requirements to deliver account budgets and objectives in line with overall objectives
- Prepare tenders
- Networking through all layers of the selected accounts
- Market analysis and feedback on competitor behavior and activities, and plan positioning.
- Manage the contractual framework agreements and partnership terms via the agreed process
- Ensure coordination between the various departments (technical, marketing, legal, supply chain, operations, finance, etc.)
- Follow-up with clients on exciting projects and create new business opportunities
🎯 What makes you a great fit
We’re looking for someone who blends knowledge, experience, and passion.
Ideally you:
- Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience or in channel sales in the IT environment.
- Possess a strong network in Banking, Telecom, or IT sectors.
- Speak Portuguese, English and Spanish fluently, and you have a natural ability to thrive in multicultural, fast-paced settings.
- Have a Leadership skills to coach, guide, and inspire junior team members.
- Got strong negotiation and communication skills that turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
