Presales Engineer

LOCATION: Casablanca

Reporting to the Tendering Director, the Presales-Engineer is responsible for the production of the commercial offers and the quotations of our customer’s opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team on proposals
• Working with Customers on their data centers maintenance requirements
• Offer preparations/proposals based on analysis and understanding of customer requirements and needs.
• Generate BOQs and technical solution proposals.
• Working closely with sales team and respond to customer ICT, RFQ, and RFP’s.
• Manage quotation and booking through ERP system
• Involved in the meeting with the Client / technical team and provides solution to their issues, challenges, and requirements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent
• Previous experience in pre/sales is preferred
• Thoroughness, listening, and ability to plan and set priorities
• Writing skills
• Fluency in English & French
