The HRBP oversees all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals.  

You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture. 

Acting as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.  

This role involves working closely with the CPO to provide advice and guidance to managers on all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.

  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

  • Provide HR policy guidance.

  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

  • Suggest new HR strategies.

  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

 

🚀 Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR (minimum a Bachelor's degree).

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • Working knowledge of labor legislation, multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written communication and ability to work effectively in teams.

  • Proficient in Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Eager to learn fast and deliver results.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of integrity and trust.

  • Self-committed and highly motivated.

  • Fluency in English, Spanish , and Portuguese.
