🌱 Why this role matter?

 

As a Supply Chain Data Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operational and planning decisions are based on accurate, structured, and up-to-date data. Acting as the bridge between Operations, Demand Planning, S&OP, and Product teams, you will help transform complex technical and configuration data into clear insights that drive efficiency and business performance. Your contribution will directly impact forecasting accuracy, spare parts management, and overall coordination across the supply chain.

 

How will you make an impact?  

 

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities by serving as the main point of contact between internal teams to gather and interpret system configurations from customers and OEM sources.

  • Translate technical information into actionable spare parts lists (BoMs) and ensure accurate mapping with stock locations.

  • Support demand forecasting by aligning asset portfolio data with S&OP and Demand Planning needs.

  • Maintain high data quality standards by implementing regular checks and ensuring consistency across systems and databases.

  • Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau) to monitor data completeness, BoM accuracy, and asset-to-stock mapping coverage.

  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies by coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders and maintaining transparent communication.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data sharing processes, streamline workflows, and improve cross-department collaboration.

 

 

🎯 What makes you a great fit:

 

  • You have a background in operations support, data coordination, or project management, with experience handling and analyzing large datasets.

  • You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and confident using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools — knowledge of Python is a plus.

  • You understand supply chain processes, including demand planning, stock management, and logistics.

  • You’re a collaborative communicator, able to work effectively with technical, operational, and product teams.

  • You’re organized, structured, and capable of simplifying complex data for decision-making.

  • You are fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.

  • A technical or engineering background will be considered an advantage.
