📊 Why This Role Matters

As our Demand Planner, you act as a strategic business partner to the Supply Chain & Logistics leadership team.

Your insights directly influence forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and profitability. You don’t just analyze numbers — you help shape smarter decisions across the business.

✨ How Will You Make an Impact?

You will play a key role in optimizing our global supply chain performance.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop processes and tools to gather and analyze supply chain data
• Support S&OP and production decision-making processes
• Perform analysis on warehousing strategies and routes-to-customer
• Analyze supply chain profitability and identify risks & opportunities
• Provide predictive analysis to enhance forecasting accuracy in collaboration with Sales
• Support initiatives to reduce logistics and warehousing costs (including Freight P&L analysis)
• Produce and monitor aggregated Supply Chain KPIs
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for business reviews and strategic decisions

🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone analytical, structured, and forward-thinking.

Ideally, you:

• Hold a BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Are a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting
• Have strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
• Are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Are a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Advocate for data accuracy and integrity in decision-making
