Why Your Work Matters – and What You Achieve Through It

Our Service Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for customers when they need support. They ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly, guide colleagues, and help Evernex deliver world-class IT services globally.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing an assigned customer base
  • Professionally representing the company
  • Presenting products, advising customers, and maintaining customer relationships
  • Project management during the technical implementation phase
  • Establishing all necessary processes for the customer
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer SLAs in collaboration with the Service Desk
  • Serving as the interface between Sales and Service
  • Technical project responsibility and management
  • Collaborating on the creation of customer-specific proposals and solution concepts
  • Escalation management
  • Monitoring the machine inventory (additions and removals)
  • Collaboration with partners
  • Identifying additional potential for new business or maintenance expansion with the customer
  • Account management for selected customers with the potential for revenue growth
  • Correspondence with national and international business partners and customers
  • Communication with the Heads of Service responsible for the customers
  • Working in the NECE Service Management Team

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines knowledge, experience, and passion:

  • Technical training or a degree in IT
  • Understanding and recognition of complex interrelationships in a data center environment
  • Experience with IT migrations
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Preferably from the Rhine-Main region
  • Excellent understanding of process workflows
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel for work assignments both domestically and internationally
  • Organizational skills, high flexibility, and a strong work ethics
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Class 3 driver’s license
