As a Junior Account Manager in the Rhein-Main region, you’ll be an integral part of our sales team, helping to grow our customer base and drive revenue. You’ll act as a bridge between clients and our solutions, ensuring we deliver value while building long-term relationships.

Your contributions will directly impact Evernex’s growth and the success of our clients’ IT operations.

✨ How Will You Make an Impact?

You will play a key role in developing new business and managing client accounts. Your responsibilities include:

  • Generating strategic new business through new customer acquisition and supporting named accounts
  • Supporting and expanding assigned sales territories and existing partnerships
  • Assisting with account management and driving revenue growth
  • Analyzing client inquiries and preparing tailored offers and solution concepts
  • Participating in contract discussions and negotiations
  • Documenting client interactions and acquisition activities
  • Representing Evernex professionally at customer meetings and events
  • Contributing to sales strategy and transparent reporting, including forecasts

We’re looking for someone with potential who is early in their sales career but ready to grow:

  • Very strong hunter qualities and a proactive sales mindset
  • 1–3 years of experience in a comparable IT or service industry position
  • Commercial or business economics qualifications
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Competent and professional behavior toward customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Class B driver’s license

You are ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of your clients and territory.
