Tasks

  • Warehousing (storage and retrieval of spare parts and equipment
  • Shipping and packaging of spare parts and equipment
  • Acceptance of deliveries
  • Organization of transport in coordination with the ServiceDesk/technicians
  • Participation in spare parts availability
  • Cleaning and preparation of equipment and spare parts in accordance with applicable standards
  • Situational shipping cost optimization
  • Creating shipping documents
  • Checking delivered goods for completeness
  • Managing and controlling warehouse stocks
  • Maintaining storage locations
  • Ordering consumables
  • Returns management
  • External warehouse supply
  • Cleanliness and order in the warehouse
  • Disposal of scrap, special waste, and bulky waste at the landfill
  • Management and control of customer inventory
  • Carrying out inventories and stock checks

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), comparable training, or comparable professional experience
  • Quick comprehension
  • Independent action + decision-making

  • Precise work
  • Class B driver's license
  • Forklift license
  • Experience with MS Office (focus on Excel) and Outlook
  • Previous experience with merchandise management systems
  • Knowledge of shipping systems used by logistics service providers
  • Confident use of specific logistics tools (e.g., electric pallet trucks and various packaging tools)
