🌱 Why this role matter?

 

As a Finance & Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of our Indian subsidiary, ensuring financial integrity, administrative compliance, and a seamless workplace experience. Acting as a key liaison between local operations and global teams including finance, HR, IT, and external authorities, you will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and alignment across functions. Your work will directly support month-end closing, revenue visibility, and a well-run local office that enables our teams to focus on what matters most.

✨ How will you make an impact?

 

  • Finance & Accounting – Serve as the local point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and the company secretary. Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and collections, ensuring local billing aligns with global standards.
  • Sales Administration & Collections – Streamline sales order workflows, monitor aging reports, and resolve billing discrepancies between sales teams and customers. Provide revenue and collection forecasts to regional finance.
  • HR & Admin Liaison – Support local HR operations, from onboarding and payroll data to license renewals and compliance with Indian regulations. Bridge communication between the subsidiary and global headquarters.
  • Office & Facility Management – Oversee daily office operations, health & safety, security, and maintenance. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office life events like emergency drills and training sessions.
  • IT & Document Management – Coordinate workstation setup and equipment recovery with IT. Manage document flows, stamp duties, courier shipments, and lease administration.

 

🎯 What makes you a great fit:

 

  • You have experience in finance, administration, or operations support, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • You are comfortable with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and collections processes.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple stakeholders—from auditors and tax authorities to internal teams and vendors.
  • You have strong communication skills and can act as a bridge between local teams and global headquarters.
  • You are proficient in ERP systems and standard office tools, with the ability to manage documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
  • You are fluent in English and familiar with Indian regulatory and administrative practices.
  • A background in HR coordination, facility management, or IT logistics is a plus.
