Our Field Engineers serve as trusted technical experts, supporting customers through targeted troubleshooting and precise service documentation, both remotely and on-site. They take ownership of technical issues and projects, promote proactive maintenance solutions, and contribute through cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning to deliver world-class IT services globally.
✨ How will you make an impact?
You are responsible for, but not limited to:

Provide on-site technical customer support

Troubleshoot, inspect, and resolve issues on equipment and IT systems in data centers

Deliver detailed technical analysis (1st to 2nd level support)

Communicate with the client’s technical contacts

Manage and follow up on manufacturer warranty cases

Document all performed activities in Salesforce and the Field Service App

Perform preventive maintenance
-
Support the execution of customer projects
-
Participate in technical on-call rotations
🎯 What makes you a great fit
We are looking for someone who combines knowledge, experience, and passion:

Training as an IT systems electronics technician, IT technician, or comparable qualification
-
At least 2-5 years of professional experience in the described field of work
-
Good technical understanding and the ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems
-
Affinity for hardware and knowledge of manufacturers such as IBM, HP, DELL, or similar in the areas of maintenance and service
-
Independent work ethic and customer-oriented approach
-
Willingness to participate in on-call technical services
-
Good written and spoken German and English skills
-
Good MS Office skills
-
Class B driver's license
