🌱 Why does this role matter?

 

This position ensures that the company operational needs are met, considering the price, quality, and delivery. Also, to ensure continuity of supply for spare parts (motherboard, servers, SSD, hard disk, storage, etc.) and due to specificity of the region, the MEA Sourcing & Emergency lead will be a support to source technical services / partners delivery in order to fulfill or complete an E2E  management.   

 

✨ How will you make an impact?

 

  • Develop and implement the regional sourcing strategy aligned with the global sourcing strategy.
  • Source spare parts, technical services, and partners while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor purchase orders, stock availability, and coordinate with warehouses and technical teams.
  • Ensure timely procurement and end-to-end service delivery.
  • Maintain procurement records, prepare purchasing and cost analysis reports, and support Purchase-to-Pay improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and drive operational efficiency.

 

🎯 What makes you a great fit?

 

  • Fresh graduate up to 5-year experience in procurement  

  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)  

  • Negotiation skills  

  • Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization 

  • Ability to manage entire order to payment process.  

  • Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities  

  • Results Orientated 

  • Fluent in English and French 

  • IT Items Procurement Experience and Knowledge of IT Suppliers are plus Points
