ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic, analytical and business-driven Procurement & Purchasing Manager ready to take ownership of a global procurement portfolio and shape the future of our categories.
In this high-visibility role, you will influence major decisions, drive supplier innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.

What You Will Drive
Strategise & Innovate
- Build and execute the long-term global strategy for your category.
- Analyse market insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster innovation through new suppliers, new technologies and forward-thinking approaches.
Optimise Our Supplier Ecosystem
- Shape the right balance between global and local suppliers.
- Develop exit strategies for suppliers no longer aligned with business needs.
- Strengthen relationships with key partners to enhance cost, quality and performance.
Lead High-Impact Projects
- Drive category initiatives including supplier onboarding, digitalisation, technology introduction and supply chain optimisation.
- Lead cost-saving programmes, ensuring strong follow-up and clear reporting.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical and Supply Chain teams to ensure full alignment.
Be a Trusted Business Partner
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic suppliers.
- Conduct category strategy reviews with key internal stakeholders.
- Influence and leverage a global network to strengthen spend management and value creation.

- Track, report and communicate performance, risks and cost-saving achievements.
- Contribute to the Procurement team’s success and ensure continuity when needed.

🎓 What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Data Management or related fields.
- Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- MCIPS or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to articulate vision and strategy.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- 5+ years of experience in complex, international environments is required.
- Interest or experience in data-driven roles is a plus.

- Position based in Casablanca / Morocco.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as part of global supplier and stakeholder engagement.
