Your goal will be to help ensure our technology infrastructure and core business applications run smoothly, contributing directly to operational excellence and user satisfaction across the organisation.

 

✨ How will you make an impact?

 

  • Handle incoming support tickets and provide L1–L2 assistance to business users, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of service quality
  • Perform day-to-day system administration tasks including user management, access provisioning, profiles, and permission sets
  • Support the management and administration of Salesforce environments (user provisioning, security model, flows, reports, and dashboards)
  • Assist in maintaining and deploying business applications and environments
  • Contribute to reducing the ticket backlog and improving resolution times
  • Collaborate with the Digital & Technology team on ongoing projects and improvement initiatives
  • Document configurations, processes, and solutions to support knowledge sharing
  • Support end-user onboarding and provide basic application training as needed
  • Assist in identifying and escalating recurring issues to drive root-cause resolution


🎯 What makes you a great fit:

 

Required

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) — mandatory
  • Hands-on experience or strong academic grounding in Salesforce administration: user provisioning, security model, flows, reports, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with IT support processes and ticket handling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • French proficiency (mandatory); conversational English (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated hands-on experience

 

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with multi-user or multi-instance Salesforce environments
  • Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL
  • Experience with Gearset or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
  • Knowledge of release management processes
