🌱 Why this role matters?

The Stock Operator will support the global stock management team by ensuring accurate inventory tracking, stock administration, and SAP transaction management. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity and supporting accurate monthly closing activities across Evernex’s worldwide stock operations.

✨ How will you make an impact?

• Monitor stock IN/OUT transactions and ensure data accuracy across global stock locations
• Analyze stock discrepancies and support stock adjustments in SAP
• Manage Service Order closures and validate stock consumption records
• Support monthly financial closing through accurate administrative follow-up
• Assist with repatriation activities and inventory reconciliation processes
• Maintain reporting files and perform regular data checks using Excel
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to ensure stock accuracy
• Handle administrative tasks related to stock management with consistency and attention to detail
• Support global stock operations and contribute to process efficiency improvements

🎯 What makes you a great fit:

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Strong rigor, organization skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and analyze large data volumes accurately
• Comfortable with repetitive operational and administrative tasks
• Experience in stock management, supply chain, or administration is a plus
• Experience with SAP ByDesign or ERP systems is a plus
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
