🌱 Why this role matter?
We are looking for a Business Developer position in India to help manage our growing business. Our growing company in India have a new opportunity for an individual who loves a fast-paced and exciting environment. The main responsibilities are to continue the development of our activity in India and promote our brand with new prospects.
You will be working closely with our Global Account Manager. Your role will be to find a new way to market and how to differentiate ourselves from competition.
✨ How will you make an impact?
- Consistently identify, suggest, and win new business from new and existing customers
- Achieve individual target revenue and profit margin target on quarterly basis
- Manage, maintain, and update tangible pipeline during sales cycle
- Take ownership of own accounts and ultimate responsibility for all issues involving them
- Assist technical team in rolling out new contract in timely manner
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Sell and manage data center maintenance contracts (TPM) including renewals and upgrades
- Promote cost optimization solutions vs OEM support models
- Demonstrate understanding of IT infrastructure lifecycle and maintenance strategies
🎯 What makes you a great fit:
- Previous Sales experience in Third Party Maintenance or/ and IT.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Demonstrated experience in achieving target
