🌱 Why this role matters

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the recommended go-to-market strategy for each account. He/She is also responsible for driving agreed forecasted and budgeted sales volumes.

✨ How will you make an impact?

You are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage client portfolio
  • Evaluating and prioritizing the business potential when bringing on-board new countries and accounts
  • Recommendation on the best go-to-market strategy and implementation to maximize the sales opportunities for Evernex
  • Manage all aspects of the account forecasting requirements to deliver account budgets and objectives in line with overall objectives
  • Networking through all layers of the selected accounts
  • Market analysis and feedback on competitor behavior and activities, and plan positioning.
  • Manage the contractual framework agreements and partnership terms via the agreed process
  • Ensure coordination between the various departments (technical, marketing, legal, supply chain, operations, finance, etc.)
  • Follow-up with clients on exciting projects and create new business opportunities

🎯 What makes you a great fit

We are looking for someone who combines knowledge, experience, and passion:

  • 3–10 years of professional experience in a comparable sales role within the IT or service industry
  • Proven track record in IT sales
  • Established network of customer relationships
  • Strong market knowledge
  • Commercial or business administration qualification (or equivalent)
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
  • Very good command of German and English, French is a plus
  • Strong hunting and farming capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Professional and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, management, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
