Mission:

  • Generating strategic new business through new customer acquisition or the acquisition of named accounts
  • Account management of selected customers with the goal of increasing sales
  • Sales project responsibility and management
  • Support and expansion of the assigned sales territory
  • Comprehensive, accurate, and early qualification and potential analysis of leads
  • Analysis of inquiries and creation of customer-specific offers and solution concepts
  • Contract drafting and conducting contract negotiations
  • Professional representation of the company
  • Transparent reporting, in particular the regular preparation of qualified forecasts
  • Sales strategy for each customer: Analysis of customer business potential – development of customer benefits
  • Maintenance of sales tools, maintenance of customer data
  • Documentation of customer visits, acquisition activities
  • Competitive analysis
  • Conducting customer presentations
  • Participation in and implementation of customer events 

Competence:

  • Strong Hunter Qualities
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
  • Experience in direct sales in the IT or service industry
  • Existing network of contacts
  • Very good English skills
  • Business and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good knowledge of German (spelling, expression)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of sales processes
  • Negotiation skills and market knowledge
  • Competent presentation towards customers, superiors, colleagues, and employees
  • Driver's license
